Hello
I am trying to transfer one of my clients to a different ISP, I have looked at a few and i reckon media temple looks the best and most informative etc
Anyway my client and i are based in the u.k and i am wondering if any of you folks who are in the uk and are on (mt) ever ring them ( for technical support) and is it expensive?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Rang them a few times & they sorted any issues I had straight away. they are good.

We're on MT. Good peeps. They just upped our storage and BW for the same price. I heard smallorange is the fashizzle.

I only ever emailed them. Took a few hours to get a reply, but usally a good one.

I have recently changed over to them and they have very good tech support via email
make sure you put someones name in the referal box when you open the account!: )
