clean it up a little bit and don't just put random illustrations on the site just cause they are cool. oh and lose the ninja tagline...it's old. Other than that it's getting there.

Using a big background graphic like that (which loads last) makes it look a bit shit/broken for a few seconds.
I would try and split it up a bit.
