it's definitely not Mrs. Eaves. Look at the capital "J". Perhaps Vendetta?

sorry, that's not it either. Again, the cap "J" doesn't extend below the baseline. Where's Typographica when you need him?

A stumper. That 'R' is so reminiscent of Adobe Jenson and other venetians. I'm still lookin.

It's Dutch so it's very likely they used one of the ultra-exclusive Dutch foundries like DTL or Enschedé.
Lexicon is close.
