Just a reminder to those of you who may be looking or know someone who is looking for a provider.
I signed up with them out of desperation to get away from BT. I jumped before I knew what a crappy service they offer. Their customer support is atrocious as their support lines (residential, business and wholesale) were down for 2 days straight last week (and having just checked still down) though the sales lines were open. Further, they have still not replied to 2 support emails that I sent through on the 21st and 22nd of June. If I had not solved the problem on my own I would still be without service today.
I believe since they are doing heavy radio advertising lately they're adopting the lovely sign'em and screw'em policy.
Some may have different experiences, but that's mine. I feel it's my duty to warn those of you who may be looking.

My views on them are mixed.
I agree the service is pretty terrible. I wanted to downgrade my servce which they wanted to charge me £56.
On the other hand I now have an 8Mb line for £40 a month. And it really is that fast.

I thought I wanted...needed...a static ip....I didnt....got cable and although I have to reboot my router once a day or so....my router not theirs....they change dynamic ips a lot....cable...has never given me too many problems...I had DSL and it was a nightmare....
