Well if I was Dischord I'd be a bit pissed too, assuming Nike didn't approach them.
But from a design point of view, whats wrong with making an obvious reference to an iconic image? It's clear they're being upfront about the fact that's it's a remake.
When does it suddenly become wrong to do this? Straight after you leave uni, or what?
