i set up a new wireless home network (netgear) yesterday. two pc's connected through an adsl router/modem/firewall.
my first time using a network at home. the internet and everything else is working, but i have problems when using ftp. i can connect to remote hosts and download, but the upload is pretty much non-existent (0.01kb/s).
do i need to make changes to my network settings/firewall? what do i need to do?
thanks. i would've posted on a tech board, but have some problems with that as well.

are you using a firewall?

it's a firewall/modem/router combo.
