I've been working on a new logo for a metroparks oganization.. they are launching an 'outdoors' program as part of an overall effort to revitalize the area and attract people/businesses. They don't really know what they want.. But they have said they like the grungy look as well as the WPA stuff from the 30's and 40's.
I uploaded the ones I like the most so far, and I'm just looking for some feedback

2 or 4.
how is the logo going to be applied? 2 looks like it would work on some sort of banner whereas 4 looks like ot could work on stationary.
and please, get rid of 5.

It'll be applied on banners, signs, stationary, brochures, shirts..

I really like 4, but I think 3 may be better suited for what you're doing. both work great.

I like 3 but the typography needs some serious help.

4 looks like the logo for a football team, or a superbowl.

ok, ok.. 5 is out. no deer. The typography really needs help on the majority of them, I'm working on my laptop, which doesn't have much to work with.. so once I move these over to an office machine, i'll have a lot more options. Thanks for the help!
