yeah the fear drug was pure madness - batman as a black demon with oil dripping from his mouth - firebreathing horses - shit if i was a grade schooler seeing that movie - i'd be fucked in the head for a few weeks!

Much more than i had expected.. saw it last night as well..
LONG! but kept me interested the whole time..
anyone else think that the editing was a bit spotty? shots would get cut before the main action even happened.. and then the next shot would be a short cut of the results.. after the main action..
i dunno.. felt kind of rushed with the editing.. other than that.. kick ass.. loved the opium "find the correct ninja" scene
the little boy who played Bruce as a kid was a little unconvincing.. when the "thing" happened outside of the opera..
i'd be screaming and crying if i were him...

Saw it yesterday and I was mucho impressed! Blows any Tim Burton movie out of the water.
I also loved all the drug induced hallucinations. Scarecrow was always my favorite villain!

if they do make another and the joker is in it there are rumors it will be mark hammel (sp?). he does do the joker voice on tv (and it's friggin great). the only problem is he's not a good actor. haha.
this movie did so well i'd be surprised if they don't do another.

Joel Schumacker did a wonderful job of totally destroying the true mystique of what Batman stands for - they should keep those 2 movies out of any boxed-set DVD they ever make in the future - pure fuckin trash.
