I have a DVD with my work on it and need to convert the files to quicktime. I can rip from the dvd which produces the m2v and ac3 files. Can anyone suggest a way to get quicktime to read these 2 files? I have a full version of QT7.

I've downloaded a few apps from google and versiontracker but none seem to accept the files.
Thanks anyway.

I don;t know about PCs, but there is more than one app for macs that will do what you are looking for, on version tracker, I've tried a few myself, but I erased them when I switched to a new computer, and I can't remember the name.
Hope it helps!

or get this (Mac only)
Appz for DVD -> DVD and DVD -> mp4http://www.numberninedream.com/d…
I think you'll figure out how it works

just in case...
one app extracts the content, the other one converts it.in your case, extract with OSEx and once it's done convert with OpenShiiva (pay attention to the display settings in this one).

Thanks loads guys.
Nothing worked :(
But ...The problem is that I have the m2v and aac files only here and these, for some reason either do not get converted or are simply not recognised by all of the apps. I will grab the DVD tonight and convert directly from there. This I have no problem doing.
