i am currently on a layout for a paperback book about an 'new diversity' event that lowe made in march. i decided to make a nice paperback people love to take with. and because nobody here seems to have time, i need some feedback from you:
page 1: titlepage (the black frame is for the glued back (cardbord)
page 2: title-back: cardboardpage 3: ceo's editorial
page 4: picture/illu type 1
page 5: table of contentpage 6: chapter beginning
page 7: illu type 2 (taken from main sujet)page 8: standardpage with quotation
page 9: standardpagepage 10: ad for the event-dvd
and here's the link:
page 8: standardpage with quotation

i dig the tall, skinny size of the piece.
the soup can idea is cool, but i don't know how well the vector art blends with the photography used elsewhere. maybe pick one or the other?

that's what i think. maybe it's too mixed up - i'll clean it now... tnx blaw

i liked the company and the ppl i worked with, there were some very inspiring art directors there. but i didn't like my work as a prepress slave even tho i worked on some interesting projects. but i decided to go back to study graphic design instead and leave the prepress stuff behind.

clerk, exactly the same here. i've been hired as a slave as well, but since they know i worked in design 4 years before i can work on some small projects on my own and prove :)
