I read about that in the paper yesterday. Jumping off a building over and over agin screaming and then saying it's a tribute to 9/11 is just wrong. I'm not sure of what sensibility this performance artist is trying to confront? Sounds like a narcisstic hack to me..but I'm a new yorker so I agree that he should go paint a bowl of fruit or someting...

I think the lady who said 'go paint a bowl of fruit' was just showing how uneducated she was.
I dont belive he is a performance artist, it said he was taking photos for an art piece, not performing the piece.
I would wait to see what the final product is, before you go judging something you dont know much about.
Hopefully he illustrates bush or cheeny in the cockpit of the planes ;D

I still don't get what he's challenging by screaming out of a building on a bungee cord...
