UK Planning Permission

    A bit of random question, but just wondering if anyone here has ever had to oppose planning permission on a site. We have some guy that is planning to build some big ass 3 storey block of flats backing right onto our garden. If anyone has ever gone through opposing an application and succeeded, it would be great if you could offer some advice. If this shit gets built, we can say bye bye to any privacy we currently have! Cheers
