on the subject of being stuck in a different time...
i was walking into the home depot saturday afternoon. behind me i hear the rumble of a v-8, then the overpowering rumble of.... E-Z E!?! huh?!? so i turn to see this 40+ year old guy behind the wheel of a cannon ball run style t-bird, t-tops off cranking e-z e wearing aviator style sunglasses a leather jacket (it's 85+ out) and FUCKING BASEBALL BATTING GLOVES AS DRIVING GLOVES. you could see the 'franklin' across the wrist a mile away.
and as he passed he looked at me like i wasn't cool.
i laughed all day from that.
