in general i'm not a tv watcher but i wanted to give this show a shot, so when the 1st season aired, i tuned in and all was good but when it got around the 5th episode it suddenly started to bug me and looked like the "How much can go wrong in an hour show". I guess the directing and acting was right but it felt lamer each episode trying to keep it unpredictable but harming the script a lot by it. I'm guessing the component that should have made it addictive turned me off.
I quit watching and later saw the last episode of the 1st season. Don't regret dumping it

Absolutely addicted when it came out.
Seen them all, waiting for season 5.Watching LOST now, that is pretty good fun.
Television in general lately is:
America for Drama
(band of brothers, 24, lost etc..etc...)
England for Comedy
(The office, coupling, teachers, and most importantly "shameless")

There are about 3 shows that have already finished that are at the top of my favourites list. I feel like nothing can beat them, and it's pretty much true, which saddens. Thankfully, this year has brought some more tv shows that I actually enjoy watching regularly (Veronica Mars, Arrested Development, Lost, CSI:NY).
I don't watch 24, but I heard from some people that it's good. I watch other tv shows, so I don't really have time for that one.
Not sure what my point is. Oh, I guess it's that the television season of 2004-2005 has brought us some more classic shows, instead of the unoriginal reality tv, etc.

24 and Family Guy are the only television i watch.

Yeah, Jaline, to be honest, TV is better than movies for once...

I'm late to 24. Enjoyed the 4th season so much that I rented and just finished the first season. Now I'm on to seasons 2 & 3. Love it.

indeed indeed indeed. 24 kicks ass.
I also didn't get into the show until I borrowed Season 3 on DVD from a friend. Watched the whole season in a week and then went out and bought 1 & 2. Then watched them both within 2 weeks. Addictive is an understatement.
Ran into Keifer Sutherland the othe night too at a bar here in Toronto. Nice guy, very small in real life, but a super nice guy.

cool!
If I'd been in the bar I'd have hit my CTU ring tone to see his reaction...Probably would have shot me...

Anybody here ever watch 'The Shield" on FX? I find those 2 shows to be very addicting. (The Shield and 24,)
