anyone from NYC knows something about monthly apartment rent prices? Like for example a one bedroom apt, upper east side.. is there any good websites or places where i can find some useful infos?

I had to leave my apartment...73rd and 1st...nice apartment...1675/month....if you want a phone number I'll hook you up and you can see if it's still available... best part is the washer/dryer IN the apt...

yeah, i was going to say... 1 br in the upper east side will run you over 1500. yr looking at 1800 realistically.
just get a large studio. there's a building on 78th that my friend used to live in, managed by Prince Properties. He had a huge studio, like half of a floor, for only 1100 or so.

some other people told me to get a studio, but.. can you live in there? is there a kitchen, bathroom etc?
i mean, will the owner bother you if you live in the studio?
