designer @ r/ga looking for 1 bedroom, loft like apartment in soho for $2500 a month. Please holla if you know of something. This is for July 1st movein, but can be August 1st if I need to move it back.

hmm, that one doesn't look too good. i hate the loft bed. you can't even stand up there.
my building had a really nice 1bedroom for $2200 or so. it's gone now, but i've heard someone on the same floor is moving out.
it's not in soho but in gramercy park.

I am actually looking anywhere from Union Square area and below down to Canal St. I live in Soho currently so was trying to stay in the neighborhood.
