So I am getting sick of buying ink for my printer, and I am about to embark on a production of self promo books which will eat up a lot of it.
Anyone have experience with compatible inks for the Epson 1280? The half price refills which claim to be just as good?

i have for the epson r300 the qulaity is the same but they seem to disapear very quickly.

The cheapest ink I've found for my 1280 is from Carrotink.com. About half the price of the norm.
