needs a sort by city function.

Since the inception of that there have only been like 3 listings for my city.
Not like I have a portfolio together anyway, just saying.

Actually, there's been a few. But yes, not nearly as many as interactive, but that's pretty much true for a majority of job boards on the internets...

There's been like one for Ottawa. I would actually visit that page more often if it had a 'sort by city' function like other design sites.

They are always looking for competent people. So that puts me out of the running.

and maybe a monthly or quarterly archive? because that list started to take a long time to load for me about 3 months in. most job offers are only good for a month or two anyways.
i also second that emotion on the sort by city or notification of a posting in your city.
