I'm finishing up Henry Miller's "Plexus" and am looking for a new read, anyone have anything they're digging.
I recommend Miller, kind of a early more intillegent, beat author. Start with "Tropic of Cancer," it's a good introduction to his ways.

I'm not a big fiction fan, I'm reading 'Identity ' by Zigmunt Bauman but I only just started it. Looks promising though

Just started 'Have Gun Will Travel' by Ronin Ro. A book about gangster rap. Not really my genre, but a good book.

Unsurprisingly it's about issues of identity in what Bauman refers to as 'liquid modernity' but it started with talking about nationality -himself having to leave Poland for England- and being kind confused as to whether he is Polish or English which I can kind of related to having left Greece for England. Mind you he was forced out of Poland whereas I left Greece because I wanted to.

Canuck, Chomsky, cheers to that.
You ever read any Roland Barthes? Mythologies is a nice little book of essays worth a read.
- canuck0
Barthes is good. His writing style is dense though, and it takes me a while to get through it.
