Can someone explain this to me, please? I need our rss feed (which I am pretty new to) to update everytime it loads. Anyone have any pointers? Thanks playboys/girls.

an RSS is the xml output of a database query.
you usually view it as content formated via an XML parser.
this reader, may or may not, update its source regularly.
