i read that article this morning, and its the saddest thing i've read in a long time.
the kid passed out from fear and died, literally scared to death.
tragic, and obviously way to intense for a 4 year old.

Ultimately, it's the responsibility of the parents. Yes, one can argue that perhaps there shouldn't be a ride so intense, but visitors to the park are clearly warned that this ride is very different to Winney the Pooh's Honey Pot ride or the flying Dumbos. I would not have taken my 4 year old on this ride, but again, the responsibilty lies with each parent, not Disney.

What are parents thinking these days? Obviously it's extremely tough to be one, but I would have never let my little child ride that.
It reminds me of those parents that let their children sleep with Michael Jackson. What the hell?

he was in fact the 44 inches tall needed to get in. just at 4 years old.
that would be like me taking my 4 year old nephew on the back of a sportbike and going 180mph.
that parent is a moron and what's worse disney is going to pay for her stupidity.

Crazy... I have a hard time letting my 4 year old boy ride his bike up and down the street, even while I'm standing just feet away from him the whole time.

I just got back from a trip to every ride ends in a gift shop last week.. that ride ruined my morning.. i could not ride anything for a few hours.. the only ride i have been on where their are vomit bags provided in the ride.. i should have known better..
