If anyone could send them, I would gladly show my reciept. :)

those are awesome.

although i'm sure i already have those textures somewhere

Yeah, they misuse the term "filters". But that's really a small quibble. The textures are actually very good. Worth the $32 imo.

really? Ok then its back on. Anyone have the set they could send and I'll provide a copy of the reciept? I figure its worth 32 to check em out at least.

ehmn what does it do besides putting textures on images with masks and color maps ?
photoshop has all the tools for that a lot more flexible and you can use your own textures
- scarabin0
yeah, um send me them to
- iDp0
true...fuck it. I'm going to scan in my nuts and use that.

halfway down the page distressed overlays

Nice find, move. Still, only 4 there. Would love to hear how their quality compares to Machine Wash.

these are not as nearly as good as the mister retro stuff but if your in a pinch they work. They are just tiff files mess with the opacity and color to get them just right.

i've used these filters a couple times and i think they're great. i can accomplish the effect manually but with much more work. they're also good for hi-res work. like i said, you can do it all manually but it's also hard to find the right hi-res texture. it's up to you. it's $32 bucks. if it's going to break your bank don't do it.

i'd be a nice guy and upload them for you but i'm not into uploading over 640 mbs. i'm on a slow dsl line.

Your work is excel, mitsurgi. Did you use the Machine Wash on that Burger King piece?

i've got Machine Wash 1 & 2 and use them daily... although a lot of the v2 textures are very similar to v1.
its true though.. just a CD with 2 actions and B&W textures you could easily scan yourself.. but I know my time to find and scan 20+ textures is worth way more than $30.
