studio xix is killer... me and greg looked around at a lot of places, and found this to be the best...

$20 setup, $3 per shirt for ink and labour...
the shirts we get are.. 5 bucks each.. (i think)
so to make one shirt is only 28 bucks!
then its only 8 bucks a shirt after the initial setup

this guy uses a rubber based ink...
its super high quality.
ask greg, he might be wearing one of the customs right now in your office

thats the thing, since the designs on them are gonna be all different, it the set up charge maybe required for all shirts

uhm, don't print your own with a screen kit. unless you're into learning it. that's my personal suggestion.

i know i wont have the skills or equipment to do it.... but i was wondering if anyone tried it.

yea it would be 20 setup for each design...
you basically email the guy with an .ai file and good to go!

most setups are like, 40-80 bucks

any place i've ever worked with doesn't charge more than $30 per screen set up. anything over that and they better be shooting giant ass screens.

I tried it myself, it's horrible, very fustracting, I wanted to shot myself at the 2nd colour.
studioxix is awesome, tell him your issue with all the shirts and I'm sure he'll give you some deal.

me and greg get our shirts from this place on spadina between collage and queen... the shirts are thick, cause cant stand AA shirts... too thin and short..

i just need to quote so i can match up with the budget. And get the shirts done maybe in 2 weeks or so.
