I agree, I think of Rand as having a monotone voice.
Shari, yours would be like what mayo said, except I don't think you have a perky/high voice at all.
I think I assign accents to people, but not really different tones of voice.
The obvious people with their obvious accents (Boston, England, etc.)
My voice doesn't sound mature, but it's not really high, thank goodness.
