Looking for some feedback on an initial design I'm working on for our new site. No real content installed. Just more of a rough skeleton look and feel and basic nav. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

after clicking something in the profile section i can't click the other ones.

Use real Duotone bmp's instead of Gifs they it will look soooo much better IMO

there are some bugs in the nav. working those out. if you click on work first, once there, the profile section buttons work. but not the other way around.
i originally had real dutones in there dancer. felt a little flat. could have been the color combo. i'll look into it again.
