I've had a mental blank and can't remember a certain site. It was recently designed and now consists of many rows in many colors as the navigation. It's a retro looking and was plugged on here a fair bit.
The old site had a space man in it...

haha... chump.
Serious. The old site had a space dude on it... the new one has a black background and long horizontal rows about 50pixls heigh... in really bold colors. The typography is really nice.
