i was wondering if any of u gorgeous NT people may help me.
in dreamweaver i have a table and in that there is a layout cell with an image in it. i want to place some text on top of that. but it doesnt seem to want to work for me. (The web page stays centred when u enlarge the page)cheers

sounds like if you just wanted to do something simple in DW, you could make one table the size of your image, then set the image as the background for that table (you can do this in the properties pallet)
then put another table inside that and split it up in cells so you can type in the cells.
not really a good way to build a site, but ... it's an answer to your question at least.
if you want to get more in depth, then we can get a bit deeper into it. :)

Thanks I think I ve figured it out now. All I m doing is a crappy little web site for a laser quest company. So just want to get it done and out of the way. But it def isn’t going in my portfolio haha.
