Burn your gear in the gauze by slowly raising the bottle. Remove foil.
Put your mouth over the bottle, plung back into water and breath in deeply.Then you pass out.

yup, it depends on what you're smoking, really. and what time of day it is and whether you're indoors or outside and who you're with and whether you're drinking booze or tea. there are just so many variables.
