so i just found out that my raise that had been signed off on by my boss, his boss and the senior vp for my project's budget got "lost" by a vp who probably doesn't know my last name. time to quit? anyone hiring flashers in atlanta?

ask for it again, retroactive from the time they origionally ok'd it.
they should figure out what you should have been making the past however long and what you did, figure out the difference and give that to you in your next paycheck.
if they shrug it off start stealing things from the office.

I feel your pain. I was told by my AD that I was the most influencial designer in the entire company. Then at review time I got a lousy 2% raise!!!! That's like 50 bucks!!!!!!!!

I work for a big non-profit...half of those higher ups are always out on business...we have to stick to HR procedures. Too much red tape when you deal with government money and grants. Was told the I'd be first in line for the next round of evaluations in Aug. Think its time for a new job.
