I posted in PBS. I remember there are many Miyazaki fans here on NT. Howl’s Moving Castle is finally arriving to the states.

many people crap on me for saying it but to me Disney is really doing a good job on the English dubs of the Ghibli films.
but i don't like Miyazaki's movies that much in general, he's always stuck on the same theme and even the original parts are not surprising except for his older work like Proco Rosso
the other major director in Ghibli Isao Takahata, is far more progressive and interesting with lower budgets and all the eye candy

I love all the Ghibli films... haven't seen a bad one yet. they are just beautiful and the stories are so unusual (to a Westerner anyway) that anything can happen.
The Disney colab should be immense.
