Mayo rocks the house party on fries. I forget what they are called (Azolie or something) but its like mayo with different things fused in for more flavor. t makes the best dip for fres, crackers, biscuts, etc.

i'm more of a mint sauce guy. they have killer mint sauce at Shalamar in the tenderloin

robo that mint sauce is real nice... they also have a plum sauce there as well, but more of a very thin syrup if remember correctly. Douse a sheet of pappadoms in the mint sauce.

Plum sauce is the best.
There's a foreign food store that sells some here.
I haven't had it for a while, but it is good.

A couple of things:
Plum sauce should be reserved for Crispy Aromatic Duck.
Mayo on fries is a GOOD thing (ahhh kurrievost & fries)

nicko chicken fingers are an american thing, basically small fliets of chicken breaded or fried. Similar to McNuggets but better. Don't u have KFC or BurgerKing's in UK? they sell fingers there.
Mayo on fries rules and ditto on the plum sauce+crispy duck.

the mayo thing you are talking about randoman is aoli, which i'm not opposed to, it's plain mayo that really skeeves me.

I never knew the mayo on fries was a dutch thing, in Canada it is common in Quebec, where I got hooked.
Mint Sauce is good on lmab, I wouldn't have lamb any other way.

Mayo + ketchup, like on various burgers. I don't prefer it, but I know lots of people who do.

yeah, i love plum sauce. there are so many kinds of sauce i love. a typical ketchup for everything american way doesn't work for me.
french fries and mayo, yes!
