My mother has cancer and she is sabout to die in a year or two, the baby that's in my sisters belly is 20 weeks old but it has got a serious heart condition and will probably not survive, my fiance has just been diagnosed with a disease that means that she has to eat medicine the rest of her life and she may not be able to become pregnant.
