Intel can still make proprietary chips for Apple. ie. this announcement doesnt mean that OS will run natve on both Apple and PC's.
I'm wondering why they switched. I'm also curious as to why IBM can pump out sub $300 game machines with 4x the power of a $3,000 Apple.

I've been following the rumours on and off, and kinda wrote them off because of the potential harm to Apple's business/monopoly.....
man......IBM probably doesn't even care because they've got all those Cell processors to make for video game systems now anyways.....wow
