Well, I think for artists, a .org is nicer than a .com
.com is ok for biz, but why associate com with something thats not commercial?
If it's for a business... I'll just lend you my opinion that e-pill isn't the best name to pursue as a business.
so; a ste for your personal artwork, a gallery? epill.org
work? think up some alternative names and get a .com

Moveable type is for blogging.
Unless you're doing highly interactive Flash stuff, you won't need Comm Server MX.
And since you're not doing an e-commerce site, you won't need Miva either.
