yes, he is a pompous, self-important ass, who talks untold amounts of shite.
BUT
If it wasn't for his constant harping on I fear that the web and usability would not be anywhere near where it is today, and it still has a LONG way to go.
He just tends to take a good point to the extreme and pound it into the ground.
