so the thing I have been posting about for the past couple of days is finally getting resolved
hahahahahahaha the suckas....
my lawyer loves me....I found a digital tape of 3 meetings we had in October where they knew they were being taped.... and we discussed the issue we are having now....
AND GUESS WHO REMEMBERS CORRECTLY..???
hahahaha.... and these idiots are now crappin their pants since I mentioned the tape...

here is where my prelaw experience comes into play...
tapes are admissible in court as long as one side is notified... in this case... both sides are notified and also I have numerous emails as well....

in the case of wiretapping you must receive a court order to do that kind of surveillance...
but in terms of business this is a precedent already set....
besides... it basically says that anything agreed upon has to be written...this wasnt...but I have gone above and beyond already ...so a judge would already see my case in a positive light...

ok well I have been posting idiotic stuff about this ... like how I feel like lando when vader was changing all the damn rules....etc...
anyway... I have a contract...was supposed to be done in november...they never delivered the content and held the last payment.... cause it was due upon completion but the contract states that the scope is considered 7 weeks... which is what I had originally alloted....
anyway... nuff said...we are in june... they paid me a little of the final amount due back in feb because I told them I was gonna start charging to finish...
so now I wait a couple of months.... and I get at them again...and I made a couple of concessions cause the threats were getting me no where....I added like 2 pages... real simple.... anyway now I get on the phone yesterday to get it going.... and they start telling me.... why cant you just add like 5 pages...
and I am like I am not designing a whole new site for a subsidiary.... they are like...its just a couple of pages...
needless to say...I just keep referring to the contract about why I dont have to do stuff...
so now....I can give them a golden shower and then shove the tape up their booty....I have them on tape and we agreed to one page....
I dont even have that one page in the contract....its on an approved site map....

make sure you have your stuff straight....consult a lawyer and then tell them they are in breach....
it makes them pee their pants...
we'll see what happens...btw...if any of you need a lawyer....a really good close friend of mine can offer contract advice or writing etc....
he can also represent you in disputes etc...
and he will work it out on a case by case basis with you....
