although i do like the new "the skateboard mag" but thrasher/jake phelps are the shit!!!!!! kotr!

Oh, and Thrasher logo is def hand drawn. A font may have been modelled after that, but that was very common for things like that to be done by hand then. Ah, how the computer takes over our lives.

Big Brother is dead. Their site is still there,and I thoughtyou could still read Dave Carnie's letter about their demise.
I loved Big Brother, used to have them when you had to be 18 to buy them. I STILL have the issue that was bound like a ringed notebook. I hate that I lost a bunch of them.

Sucks, the last issue they did was Feb 2004, but look at the time/date ticker on their site, it still updates!
