Just had some business cards done for a client, and they have come back from the printer with an error on them.
Its definately not on the artwork I sent so what can I ask for in way of compensation?
Not to pay?

Yeah, but can I maybe get some more print out of them free/ on the cheap? Im thinking if I kick up a fuss and maybe tell them I lost the job cause of the error??

oh yeah lie! good for your karma. dude if you would have been smart you would already have included your own run w/ the clients run from the start. there's always some space left.

Reject the print. Be straight with the printer though - yes lay it on thick, just make sure the printer owes you one. What goes around comes around.
