I think some people (around 10) of the same should be able to participate again, because a lot of cool people were in it last time. It should either be around 10 out of 30 participants or none at all.

i don't think it was meant to be exclusive in the negative meaning but more that to create 30 pieces was a good amount of work for those doing more involved types of prints and as you said, shipping costs.

Maybe some people aren't sending anything out, which is disappointing. They should just email someone about it or write it in here so people know that the person is still participating.
I think 30 is a good number for time and money reasons.
