has anyone noticed, that the icon looks very similar to the structure of NT?
you have the 3 columns set in 3 frames(certified/ad, ntb & pbs) and then in the fourth column (the pvn) it is broken down into two frames in one column.
there is four columns in two pages (since there is a division down the middle of the site) so that would explain the four in two reference.
