I'm curious if any of you use any traditional methods to advertise your services in your local area?
I programmed a community / classified type site but I am trying to think of the best way to do the initial advertising since most local newspapers may feel that running my ads may conflict with their services.

Team up with a solid sales pro.... have a really competitive pricing structure and hit the pavement. You'll also have to have your stats ready to roll if the prospective clients wants the numbers.
