it looks like a nice place to work... honestly I am mostly just dreaming of having other creative people around me... I like my job but it's very isolating...
Blast Radius seems like a really good place to soak up the creative juices, and be on the leading edge...
I deal with the lowest common denominator... no fancy stuff allowed.They have some openings, wondering if it's good bad or ugly: if they have competitive pay, make you work like mad and not pay you.. how many days a month do they work overtime. How are the employees treated? are they valued?
Is the experience alone worth it?Snug - was does ms snuggles think?
And when the hell are us Torontonians getting together again? I need creative drinks boys and girls. It's patio season bitches!

I ask about pay/hours only BECAUSE that seems to be the standard (lots of work , little pay) ... I have a kid and have to take these things into consideration.
That is the thing that keeps me at my present job. It's not glam , but predictable.
