iTunes is bloated and eats memory and winamp is... winamp.

iTunes skips & stalls annoyingly when I have like 2-3 programs open and working

Well thats your problem, you have a MAC. All the good light mp3 players are for windows format. Sorry, MACS blow it.

I think most native apple software applications:
iphoto, itunes, safari, font book, ical, etc. etc.....BLOW CHOW!! I mean I love what OSX has done for stability, but I think some of the apps suck...

iCal and Mail are fantastic, I have no problems with anything other than iTunes

dude i have a 3.2 ghz machine with 2gig of ram.
I can run flash, photoshop, illustrator and quark all at once.
But if i have itunes open, i can only run one other program. and then in about an hour, itunes bugs out, and freezes. and i have to restart .
my mac does the same thing...
