this is like the first time i've ever used excel...a client sent a table to me in excel that they want in a layout for print. How can I get the table into Quark without having to retype everything?

i want to keep the table as it is in the excel spreadsheet. they've formatted it how they want it. is there a way to export like a jpeg or something.
