yea, horrible file format, large size. as for the logo, i don't really see anything jumping out at me, number 3 is nice. in fact, they are all nice. keep working though, i wouldnt say they are the final product. peeeace.

pixel logos for tech companies is probably a bit over done.

Yeah man, I like I like. Forget about the 3rd one burn it...
But the first two are doing it for me. However the ratio between the logomark and logo type imposes some size restrictions, at certain smaller sizes the logo type probably won't be readable.
But I really like it :) it's a logo for cool geeks, lol if there is such a thing...
