I just got offered my dream job... and for some reason - Im totally down about it.

Its a design position at my favorite place - which I dont want to mention for some reasons...
But I should be bouncin off the walls - but I dont think I ever imagined geting it so now Im real nervous.

that happened to me when we landed our first real design job-- for about 3 weeks my fingertips were numb. It worked out ok, though, and, unlike you, I was totally unqualified for the job.

Im totally nervous about performing to their expectations though -- I mean what if the work they have me do happens to be those unique instances where your brain turns to puppy-puke and you cant get through it... what if I show up for the first day and have no skivvies or pants on and everyone makes fun of me and my minute manhood... there are so many things that could go so terribly wrong...

Because you're afraid ure not good enough for the job. Its the pressure to live up to the expectations. I say take the chance, even if you screw it, it still looks good on a CV

don't be a pussy. i had an interview with object 9 a few weeks ago. and i was totally feeling the same way...but they never called me back so i guess everything is ok now :o
