What type of programming are you into?
I used to think it was lame before I forced myself to watch it a few times but it's actually quite good stuff.

Cable. No Tivo. If I watch, I watch DVDs or Texas Rangers baseball games.
It's not that I think Idol is lame, it's just that I've never watched it.

tconn, your not at fault. A lot of people don't get enough TV these days. in the past the goal was to watch less because the programming was poor. With todays programming, I reccomend at least 4-5 hours of viewing a day minimum. Try to check out American Idols last episode it's going to be fabulous and it will be a good opportunity for you to begin watching.
