I'm sick of it. First it takes long just to activate the reader, but I'm used to this and it is the same with each browser. Then, when I close the FF window containing the pdf file, all Firefox instances freeze, sometimes for a few minutes.
WTF? Do you have the same problem?

FF 1.04
I just upgraded the reader to 6.02, it got much better. The hangups would occur while closing a document that wasn't fully downloaded. They're gone now. Rant's over.

yes same thing happens here, i disabled the plugin for firefox and just downlaod the pdfs straight into acrobat isntead

It's working surprisingly ok now, since I downloaded the latest reader dedicated to my language and OS/SP version. But when I shut down FF the sucker reader still takes up 32MB of my precious RAM!
Oh, fuck, it did it again! Hung up until I killed it.
