Hello,
Do any of you know how to change the system font in the OS that deals with the font display in the Browsers (IE or safari). NOT the prefs in the browsers, it's somewhere else in the OS ???

yeah i did read your question with a half eye.
i think editable text fonts in browsers are defined by the designer of the form.

you can change the font for browsers in the browser preferences.
just make sure to check the box that says, "always use my settings..." or whatever.
it forces your preferences over the websites. ie, your fonts will display always instead of the ones defined in the css.
you could also write a greasemonkey script or custsom stylesheet if you use firefox.
i have a couple of greasemonkey scripts that change the layout of the sites i visit...and a user stylesheet to change the link colors of a couple sites.
user configurable meta is the future of the web.
i'm working on a greasemonkey script to remove the rest of the newstoday's formatting and only display the 3 columns.
i don't care about any of the stuff. nor do i like he layout of this site.
