make sure to include a clause in the contract that makes the client pay a certain fee per month for late delivery of content...
let her talk about what she wants...curb any ridiculous ideas...don't start brainstorming...just get a feel for the job and then talk about what sorts of services you provide...get a firm grasp of the project scope and then schedule another meeting where you can discuss specifics after you have had a chance to come up with some ideas

be sure to get half the money down, and get it all in writing and instantok had it right when he was talking about a "client non-performance clause"
Having half the loot down separates the real clients from people that want to waste your time. The client non-performance clause has never come into effect in my freelance experience. Because of the rule about having half of the money down.
